Return Policy

ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V.

1. Return Period

Products purchased from ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. may be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date the order is received.

Claims or returns for orders placed one year or more ago will not be accepted, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in good condition, with no signs of misuse
  • Keep its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, components, and documentation
  • Include proof of purchase

EMYASA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Free Returns

Return shipping will be free of charge for the customer only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Quality issues attributable to EMYASA
  • Differences between the product received and the product described on the website

In these cases, EMYASA will cover the return and/or replacement shipping costs.

4. Returns at the Customer’s Expense

Returns requested for reasons other than those mentioned above, such as change of mind or customer purchase error, shall be paid by the customer, including shipping and logistics costs.

5. Products Damaged or Lost During Shipping

EMYASA is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

In case of damage during shipping, the customer must:

  • Report it directly to the shipping carrier
  • Provide an official statement signed by the carrier

6. Relation to Warranty

Returns due to manufacturing defects will be handled according to EMYASA’s Warranty Policy, which exclusively covers product repair, including components and labor.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Impacts, drops, or mistreatment
  • Incorrect use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper storage or exposure to humidity or excessive heat

7. Return Process

To start a return, the customer must contact EMYASA through:

EMYASA will evaluate the request and notify the customer whether the return is approved, as well as provide the corresponding instructions.

8. Refunds

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, EMYASA will determine whether the following applies:

  • Refund of the amount paid
  • Product replacement
  • Repair under warranty

If applicable, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Modifications

EMYASA reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The current policies will be those published through EMYASA’s official channels.
