ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. ships throughout Mexico through logistics management technology platforms and authorized parcel and freight carriers.
2. Shipping Technology / Envia.com
Shipments are mainly managed through the infrastructure of Envia.com, which allows orders to be quoted, managed, and dispatched through different shipping carriers, considering:
- Origin and destination ZIP codes
- Actual weight and volumetric weight
- Package dimensions
- Available shipping carriers
For retail orders, the shipping cost shown to the customer corresponds to an automatic real-time quote generated at the time of purchase.
3. Carrier Selection
ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier or logistics service for each order, prioritizing:
- Product safety
- Type of merchandise
- Delivery time
- Cost-benefit ratio
Available carriers may vary depending on geographic area, operational availability, and order characteristics.
4. Processing Times
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
Preparation and dispatch times may vary depending on inventory availability, product customization, or order volume.
The delivery times shown are estimates and depend exclusively on the shipping carrier.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier or logistics provider and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics saturation
- Holidays
- Hard-to-access areas

6. Wholesale or Large-Volume Orders
Wholesale, heavy-load, or large-volume orders are those that, due to their weight, quantity, or dimensions, require special logistics handling.
In these cases:
- Shipping costs are not automatically calculated during checkout.
- The system may display a shipping method under the modality “Shipping to be quoted.”
- Once the order is placed, our team will contact the customer to quote the shipping cost and coordinate logistics before dispatch.
- The order will only be shipped after the customer accepts the logistics cost.
7. Damages, Losses, or Incidents
ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for:
- Damages that occur during transportation
- Lost packages
- Holds, delays, or incidents attributable to the shipping carrier
In case of visible damage upon receiving the package, the customer must:
- Report it directly to the shipping carrier
- Keep photographic evidence
- Request an official statement from the carrier
8. Addresses and Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

9. Shipping Costs
For retail orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
For wholesale or heavy-load orders, shipping costs are quoted separately.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error directly attributable to ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V.
Shipping costs are not eligible for promotional discounts.

ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The current policies will be those published through the company’s official channels.
