1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making any purchase through the websites, digital platforms, or official channels of ESPECIALIDADES EMYASA S.A. de C.V. hereinafter referred to as “EMYASA”, the user expressly accepts these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Notice, Warranty Policy, and any other applicable policies.

If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the services.

2. Use of the Service

The services offered by EMYASA are intended for adults with legal capacity to enter into agreements. The user agrees to use the services and products lawfully, in accordance with applicable legislation and these terms.

The following actions are prohibited:

Altering, damaging, or interfering with EMYASA’s systems, platforms, or processes
Providing false or inaccurate information

3. Product Information and Availability

EMYASA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, prices, and availability are accurate. However, products are subject to inventory availability and may change without prior notice.

EMYASA reserves the right to substitute out-of-stock products with products of equal or superior characteristics and the same value.

4. Prices and Payments

Published prices include processing expenses and may be modified at any time.

Payments are processed through authorized secure platforms. EMYASA reserves the right to reject orders in the following cases:

Unauthorized payment
Incomplete or incorrect information
Suspected fraud

5. Shipping and Delivery

EMYASA selects the logistics provider it considers most appropriate. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond EMYASA’s control.

EMYASA is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by EMYASA’s current return policies. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in suitable condition. EMYASA may deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Warranty

Products include a limited warranty in accordance with EMYASA’s Warranty Policy.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply in cases of misuse, impacts, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or improper storage.

8. Limitation of Liability

EMYASA shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or services once the order has been accepted. EMYASA’s maximum liability is limited to product replacement or refund of the price paid.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, images, and designs are the property of EMYASA or are used under proper rights of use. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by EMYASA’s Privacy Notice, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

11. Modifications

EMYASA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will become effective once published through the official channels.
